Good and Bad Ingredients:
Tomato Concentrate (Made from Red Ripe Tomatoes) (Good/Healthy)
Distilled Vinegar (Neutral)
High Fructose Corn Syrup (Good to an extent)
Corn Syrup (Good to an extent)
Salt (Good to an extent)
Spice (Neutral (Unsure of its contents))
Onion Powder (Good to an extent)
Natural Flavoring (Neutral (Unsure of its contents))

There are not real "bad" ingredients, the ingredients are all healthy to a certain extent.
